噴水室噴嘴內(nèi)部及噴嘴出口流場數(shù)值模擬

摘要:作者:李春林; 魯孟群; 張杰 關(guān)鍵詞:暖通空調(diào)論文,噴嘴,霧化,流場 【中文摘要】 利用計算流體軟件FLUENT建立了噴水室內(nèi)噴嘴及噴嘴出口外部流場的三維數(shù)學(xué)模型。采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)κ-ε湍流模型模擬了噴嘴內(nèi)部及出口外部流場,并根據(jù)各種情況分析了噴嘴參數(shù)對流場速度分布、壓力分布和出口速度的影響。結(jié)果表明,噴嘴的擴(kuò)散角和擴(kuò)散段尺寸對噴嘴及出口流場影響較大:噴嘴的擴(kuò)散角直接影響噴嘴出口后液滴的方向和速度大小,并影響流場的湍流分布情況,影響流場的紊流區(qū)域分布,z*終影響水滴與風(fēng)流的熱濕交換;擴(kuò)散段尺寸影響流場壓力分布,特別會產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓區(qū)直接影響射流后液滴的狀態(tài)。 【英文摘要】 It built a three-dimensional model of flow field of the internal and export of the nozzle in a spraying room, using the soft ware FLUENT. It simulated the flow field of internal and export of the nozzle by using the standard κ-ε model. and it analyzes the parameters affect to the velocity distribution,pressure distribution and the velocity of the exit various conditions. The results show that, the diffusion angle and the size of divergent section have a great influence with the exit flow field. As the diffusion angle has a direct influence to the droplet’s direction and value, and they also affect the turbulence intensity distribution, and finally affect the heat and mass exchange between the droplet and wind flow; The size of divergent section affects the pressure distribution of the flow field, especially it affects the state of the droplet directly with the negative pressure. 【中文關(guān)鍵詞】 噴嘴; 霧化; 流場; 數(shù)值模擬【英文關(guān)鍵詞】 Nozzle; Atomization; Flow field; Numerical simulation
